Odum School of Ecology at the University of Georgia

The mission of the library is to act both as a resource center and as a repository for Odum School of Ecology publications. The library primarily serves the Odum School of Ecology faculty, staff, students, and alumni. The library accomplishes its mission by:

Collecting, organizing, and preserving the publications and other resources produced by the faculty, students, and research staff while working at the Odum School of Ecology or one of its affiliate laboratories

Providing library research and reference assistance to the department

The Ecology Library does not seek to replace or compete with the University of Georgia's libraries. The Ecology Library has a special focus, and it is designed to meet in-house needs.
