Dianne Davison Award The University Women's Club Scholarship Fund provides one scholarship in the name of Mrs. Fred Davison, on the occasion of her husband's resignation as the President of the University of Georgia, to a female graduate student who is a resident of Georgia. National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellowships

Study and research leading to doctoral degrees in mathematical, physical, biological, ocean, and engineering sciences. Approximately 90 new three-year graduate fellowships for students at or near the beginning of their graduate study. The Fellowship pays the student's tuition and fees, as well as a living stipend.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for Graduate Research Fellowships in the National Estuarine Research Reserves System Funds high-quality research focused on improving coastal zone management, providing students with hands-on training in conducting ecological monitoring. Projects must address coastal management issues that relate to non-point source pollution, estuarine ecosystem restoration, biodiversity and effects of invasive species, and sustaining estuarine ecosystems.
