Rachel Katz featured in Nature Career Column

For dual-career couples, finding good jobs in the same—or at least nearby—locations is often a real challenge. For the July 5, 2019, Career Column in Nature, UGA alumni Rachel Katz and Sean Sterrett wrote about how they used a decision-analysis tool to help them with this dilemma.

Katz (Ecology MS ’09/PhD ’14), was the Odum School’s inaugural Butler Fellow and is now an ecologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service National Wildlife Refuge System. Sterrett (Forest Resources MS ’09/PhD ’14) is an assistant professor of wildlife ecology at Monmouth University.
